FAQ’s for  Global Events and Retreats

Q. Do you only work in the locations included on the Website?
A. Retreats can be held anywhere in the world. We are happy to work with you to create unique, custom experiences and meet your retreat goals and budget.   As we continue to grow, we will expand our turnkey programs with exclusive properties and experiences.  If you don’t see it, just ask us and we can make it happen!
Q. What do the retreats include?
A. Our retreats include venue bookings (hotels, restaurants, meeting space and more), special access activities and unique experiences, optional on-site facilitation from our team and expert certified EO, YPO, Traction, team building and other program facilitators and coaches, optional transportation and  learning opportunities that deliver value. We help you with  the your strategy and manage all of the logistics.
Q. Does my retreat include airfare? Can we access private jet travel?
A. Because people are traveling from all over the world and fluctuating airline prices based on availability, we don’t typically include airfare as part of our retreats. However, if you would like us to book your flights for you, we can take care of those details.
We have partnered with Magellan Jets for private air travel and also work with airline consolidators.  We are able to extend the benefits of private jet travel to our clients, a huge benefit for your group.
Q. Will it cost a lot more money to use your services than by doing this ourselves?
A.  Because of  our experience and long standing relationships with our vendors and partners, and our volume, we have been able to get great rates and pass those onto you. Our fees are included in the package prices.  Additionally, we are able to get special access and programs not easily attained by our clients through our connections.  We save you time, we save you money and we get you special access. . You can focus on experiencing the retreat vs. planning the retreat!
.Q. Can we have your staff join us on our retreat to ensure smooth sailing?
A.  We do extensive planning ahead of the retreat to ensure a seamless experience. However, we understand that plans change, weather changes and keeping large groups together is not an easy task.  We are able to have our staff onsite to manage changes and ensure a seamless experience.
We have special onsite rates available.  We recommend for larger groups that we have our experience managers join the group on the retreat. We also have a network of experience managers “on the ground” in many of the major cities worldwide that are available in an ‘on call” basis to support your group.
Q. How do we find a facilitator for our retreat? 
A. We have partnered with global facilitators, trainers and coaches that are certified for EO,YPO, WPO, Traction, facilitation and more.  We will assess your needs and work with our partner to ensure the right fit for your group.  We also have partners who implement global team building programs including Outward Bound Professional and TeamBonding.
